At Gabe’s, our customers are our top priority! We want you to be happy with all your purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please bring the merchandise for return or exchange with your valid receipt within 30 days* of purchase for a hassle-free process.
Returns with original receipt:
You may return merchandise with a valid original receipt for a full refund or exchange within 30 days*. Refund will be issued in the form of original payment.
Purchases made with cash, check, or debit cards using a pin will be refunded as cash.
Purchases made with credit will be refunded as credit only, to the same card used in the original purchase.
Purchases made with a coupon will receive refund in amount paid after coupon is applied. The value of the redeemed coupon will not be refunded.
Returns without a receipt, or past 30 days:
Returns without an original receipt or returns made after 30 days will be refunded at the current selling price, in the form of in-store credit only.
A valid government issued photo ID (driver license, state ID, military ID, or passport) is required for returns without a receipt or return after 30 days.
A maximum of 3 returns without a receipt are permitted within any 90 day period. Additional returns without a receipt may be denied.
Merchandise must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Swimwear and intimates items must have original liners. Merchandise that is worn or used will not be accepted for return.
Gift cards, magazine subscriptions, items sold “as-is”, and select seasonal items are not available for return. Visit a store associate for details.
*30 day timeframe for items purchased through layaway begins at the time of final payment or merchandise pick up.
