Gift Card Terms & Conditions

 

Purchase, use or acceptance of the card constitutes consent to the following terms and conditions and those found on the back of the card (“collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”). Gabriel Brothers, Inc. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, and recommend that you check these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. These Gabe’s Gift Card Terms and Conditions were last updated on March 13, 2018.

Protect this card and treat it as you would cash. If the card is lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization, it will not be replaced. However in certain cases, if the card has not been used or redeemed and you have the original gift card number and proof of purchase (original sales receipt), we may be able to reissue a new card; please call our Customer Support team at 1-800-458-6546 for further assistance.

Gabe’s Cards may be purchased as a gift or given in place of issuing a credit to a credit card or a proof of purchase return from other payment methods. Returns may be applied to this card. Card is not valid until activated at the register. Gift Cards are not credit, debit, or charge cards, and have no implied warranties.

Cards must be presented at the time of redemption. Cards are redeemable for merchandise only at Gabe’s locations. Cards are not redeemable for the purchase of another Gabe’s Gift Card or towards previously purchased merchandise. Return of merchandise purchased with this card is subject to the store’s Return Policy.

Cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable or returnable except in states where required by law. Each time you use your Gabe’s card, your purchases will be deducted from the card value until the balance reaches zero.

Resale of Gabe’s cards is prohibited. Resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the card without compensation. Gabe’s shall not be liable for cards purchased from any third parties. Gabe’s reserves the right to deactivate or reject any card issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent action or illegal means.

Cards have no expiration dates or service fees assessed for use or inactivity.

 

Check Your Card Balance

If you already have a Gabe’s Card and want to check your balance, bring your card to any Gabe’s store and any of our cashiers will be happy to provide you with your balance or if you prefer, call 1-866-650-6049. Please have your card number available when calling.

Please keep in mind that if you just made a purchase this balance may be an estimate only as there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of up to 24 hours immediately following a purchase. However each time you use your Gabe’s card, your register receipt will indicate the balance remaining on your card.
