Public Wi-Fi Terms and Conditions of Use

ACCESS

The GABE’S Guest connection is an open Wi-Fi (wireless) internet access and is not a secure form of connection (“Gabe’s Public Wi-Fi”). The GABE’S Public Wi-Fi connection is a free public internet service provided by GABE’S at participating locations and is provided solely for the use of Gabe’s guests during the duration of their time in the store.. Any other use is unauthorized. By using the free GABE’S Public Wi-Fi, you  agree to comply with GABE’S policies including, if applicable, GABE’S Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. GABE’S internet access points are placed in select areas and allows for guests with mobile devices to connect to the internet. Access is completely at the discretion of the company and may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time, and for any reason including, but not limited to: violation of this Agreement, actions that may lead to liability for GABE’S, disruption of access to other users, networks or third-party, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

By clicking on the "I Agree to Terms" button you are connecting to the Gabe’s Public Wi-Fi network as a GABE’S Guest and are agreeing to abide by all laws, state and federal rules, and regulations applicable to Internet use.

MONITORING & CONFIDENTIALITY

Wireless Internet access is by nature a non-secured connection. Any information being sent or received over the GABE’S Public Wi-Fi network could potentially be intercepted by another wireless user. You should not transmit confidential information, credit card information, passwords, and any other sensitive personal information while using this wireless connection. GABE’S assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss of confidential information, personal information, data, damage, or viruses/malware that may infect your device as a result of your access to, or use of, the GABE’S Public Wi-Fi connection. Please be sure that your device’s anti-virus and firewall software are up to date.

GABE’S has no control over the information available over the Internet and cannot be held responsible for content or accuracy. GABE’S cannot be held responsible for any confidential or financial information guests may send over the wireless Internet.  

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

GABE’S does not track, save or store any guest data provided during internet searches conducted while using the GABE’S Guest Wi-Fi network, however; Gabe’s reserves the right to monitor, intercept and disclose any transmissions over this network connection and to provide user information, or use records, and other related information under certain circumstances (e.g. in response to lawful process, orders, subpoenas, or warrants, or to protect our rights, users or property) to appropriate authorities.

 MISCELLANEOUS

GABE’S may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. You accept this Agreement each time you use GABE’S Guest Wi-Fi and are accountable for reviewing the terms each time the service is accessed. Minors should only access GABE’S Guest Wi-Fi under parental or guardian oversight. Any restrictions, limitations, and monitoring of a minor’s access to GABE’S Guest Wi-Fi network is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian.

You will need a mobile device with a wireless card that supports 802.11g, n, or ac standards .. GABE’S assumes NO responsibility for the safety of the equipment used and cannot guarantee that your hardware or software will work with the GABE’S Public Wi-Fi connection.
