Associate Benefits

The EAP is a professional counseling service dedicated to assisting Associates and their family members to through periods of personal difficulty providing emotional wellbeing and work-life balance resources to keep you at your best.  

Discounted Health & Wellness: Gabe’s offers three different options for medical plans: the Basic, Saver (HDHP), and Premier plans with varying deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and prescription drug plans. Associates who enroll in the Saver Plan are eligible to enroll in the Health Savings Account. Health Care Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts are available to full-time associates. Gabe’s also offers two dental plans and vision coverage. Associates will have access to choose from three discount medical and wellness membership plans. Please check with the Benefits Team for eligibility. 

Voluntary Benefits: Gabe’s offers supplemental life insurance plans for you and your family, as well as Hospital Indemnity, Accident, and Critical Illness insurance plans. Other voluntary benefits include ID theft protection, pet insurance, and permanent life insurance plans.
